This post is a little different for me because I am not going to give you my written words. Instead, I will be giving you my spoken ones. Let me explain.
I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Billy J. Atwell of the ‘FEAR NOT: Living Beyond Your Fears’ podcast. Billy has a wide range of guests on his show, but all of his interviews revolve around the singular idea of fear, how it affects his guests, and what they do to ultimately overcome those fears. In my interview, I discuss how I handle my phobia of speaking in public.
So, without further delay, here is my interview on the ‘FEAR NOT’ podcast!
I hope you will also check out some of the other interviews in the ‘FEAR NOT’ library. Billy has interviewed some interesting people who have dealt with many different types of fear and, who knows, you might just find a new tool to try when facing fear in your own life!
